Edutrust benefits from the extensive experience of its Management Team. The team has been established specifically to ensure that the development of its academies follow proven best practice.

This professional management team is made up of a Director of Operations, Education Director, Education Services Director, Finance Director, Legal Services Director, Director of Policy and Research and other management staff. Edutrust’s management also has access to advisers, associates and consultants to deal with any short term or further specialist requirements.

The extensive educational experience and expertise of our Management Team has been in some of the most deprived inner city authorities in the country at headship, senior local authority, governor and community levels. This provides a practical basis and understanding of what makes a successful school and the change process that needs to occur to achieve the necessary improvements. Experience of the team also includes successfully working with schools that have general or specific weaknesses as well as those which have received Notices to Improve or been placed in Special Measures.
